Set Up Your Showing Here

Here are five preliminary steps you’ll go through when selling your home.

What does it take to list your house for sale? Today I'll briefly go over the initial steps you'll see when you work with the Larry Martin Team:

1. Preliminary walk-through. I’ll come over to your house and learn about what you’ve done with it as you show me around.

2. Forming a plan. Once I’ve assessed the condition of the home, we’ll sit down to talk about your goals, wants, and needs so we can come up with a game plan.

3. Creating a time frame. For example, if you listed on August 1 and it takes about 20 days to sell your home, you’d close around September 20, and you wouldn’t have to move out until October or November.

4. Staging. I’ll advise you on how you should stage your home to generate the maximum amount of interest from buyers, which will, in turn, help you get the most money possible when you sell.

5. Fees. I’ll give you a detailed estimate of all the costs involved with the sale, including title insurance, closing fees, commission, etc. We'll talk about what you owe on your home and your mortgage qualifications as well.

If you have any questions or would like us to help you start the home-selling process, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’d love to help you sell your home for the most money possible.
