2. A detailed look at your house. I’ll let you know what you need to do to get the maximum dollar value out of your house. Then we are going to take a look at what you want in a house—I’ll ask you for detailed information so you don’t have to settle for what you don’t want.

3. Timing. When we put your house on the market, we will negotiate for an extended closing that will give you extended possession. This way, we can get started on searching for your next house, get it secured, and line up the timeline for the move.
