We encourage first-time homebuyers to join us for our coming events.

We are super excited for this December and January! We’ll have a great time at the office with first-time homebuyers. In the last couple of years, many of them tried to purchase a home but weren't able to do so. That’s why we'll meet with them soon to teach them the basics of financing, how to get their offer accepted, what to put in their offer, etc. Also, joining me today is one of our successful team members Jake Martin. He’ll share with us what first-time homebuyers can expect from our events. 

During our December and January events, first-time homebuyers can learn what we do for our clients and how we will get their offers accepted—from structuring their offer, educating them about financing to informing them about inspections. It can be a little bit confusing at first, but that's why we like to meet with clients and talk them through the process. 

Don’t just go to Zillow and make an offer on a house with somebody you don't even know. You may end up facing some problems later on because you don’t understand how the process actually works. We'd love to start you off on the path where you know what you're doing and have the confidence that you're well taken care of by somebody that you trust.
