Three tasks that I encounter at work every day to help others.

Today I want to give you some examples of some things I do every day at work. I am committed to helping my community in a variety of ways! Here are three things I encounter every day at my job:

1. I talk with people who are running behind on their mortgages. They’re often two or three payments behind, maybe due to a forbearance. I meet with them in person and call their bank to help them work out a payment program and time frame.
   
   

2. I work with estate property owners. When people have a death in the family, I meet with them, look at the property, and help them clean and stage it. I can order a dumpster for them, and just make sure that they're on top of everything with this process.
   
   

3. I help with divorce home values. People going through a divorce likely need a home value, and I can do that completely for free.
